What every plan includes
All plans encrypt seeds the same way, apply the same roles and record every code handed out in the access log. What changes from one plan to the next is capacity (secrets and members), messaging integrations and the period of the log you can view.
The log deletes nothing
The period shown in the table is the one you can read, not the one that is kept. Older entries stay recorded: the log shows how many are hidden, and they all reappear when you move to Business, so you can still audit a whole year even if you started on a shorter plan.
Choosing your plan
- Free to try Share Auth on a few accounts with two or three people.
- Team as soon as codes need to reach Slack or Discord, or the vault grows beyond three accounts.
- Business when the vault needs more than 50 secrets or you need to go back through the whole access history.
Frequently asked questions
Paid plans are billed every month, per user in the team. The number of seats follows members being added and removed, without you having to change it.
Yes, from the application's Billing page, which is reserved for the team owner and administrators. The Stripe portal then lets you manage the subscription, payment methods and invoices.
Nothing is deleted. If the team goes over the new quota, the extra secrets are no longer shown until you remove some or move back to the higher plan. The access log only shows the new plan's period, and the full history reappears on Business.
The Billing page may offer several currencies. The one chosen when you subscribe stays the subscription's currency: changing it means cancelling and subscribing again.
Yes, at checkout, or from the Billing page for a subscription that is already running.
